- 4 tomatoes (or canned tomatoes )
- 1 heaping tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 4 glasses of water
For the above:
- 1 pinch grated cheddar cheese
- 2-3 croutons _
- 1 pinch of parsley
