Ingredients for Pumpkin Soup Recipe
  • 3 slices of pumpkin (large slices)
  • 1 potato _
  • 1 carrot _
  • 2 liters of water
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 onion _
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of broth
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

For the above:

  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 pinch pumpkin seeds
  • 1 pinch of fresh thyme (optional)

How to Make Pumpkin Soup Recipe?

  • For pumpkin soup, start making soup by chopping all the ingredients into cubes. Add oil to the pan, add onions, garlic and carrots and fry.
  • Place the chopped pumpkins and grated potatoes in a pot.
  • Add hot water and boil it.
  • Add boiled pumpkins to the roasted mixture.
  • Add broth and salt and cook until the vegetables soften.
