Ingredients for Restaurant Style Chicken Soup Recipe

For Soup:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 glasses of water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons of rice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For finishing:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

For the above:

  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

How to Make Restaurant Style Chicken Soup Recipe?

  • Wash the chicken breasts and put them in a deep pot, add 8 glasses of water and let them boil.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • After the chicken is cooked, remove it from the stove, remove the meat, shred it and keep it aside.
  • Put the butter and olive oil in another pot and fry a spoon of flour until it smells.
