  • 4 cups chicken broth (broth also works)
  • 4 glasses of water
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 cups of yoghurt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint

How to Make Seasoned Yayla Soup Recipe?

  1. Add water and chicken broth to the pot and let it boil. When it boils, add rice. Boil over low heat until the rice becomes soft.
     
  2. Melt the butter in a separate sauce pot. Add the tomato paste and fry until its smell disappears.
     
  3. Add the flour and continue roasting in the same way. Add the mint.
     
  4. Add rice soup broth to this mixture and obtain a homogeneous mixture.
     
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the yoghurt and egg yolk. When it is completely smooth, pour it into the soup and stir.
     
  6. Add the tomato paste mixture to the soup little by little and mix.
     
  7. Then add the yoghurt dressing little by little and mix.
     
  8. You can add water if necessary.
     
  9. Enjoy your meal!
