- 4 cups chicken broth (broth also works)
- 4 glasses of water
- 1/2 cup rice
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1.5 tablespoons of pepper paste
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 cups of yoghurt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
How to Make Seasoned Yayla Soup Recipe?
- Add water and chicken broth to the pot and let it boil. When it boils, add rice. Boil over low heat until the rice becomes soft.
- Melt the butter in a separate sauce pot. Add the tomato paste and fry until its smell disappears.
- Add the flour and continue roasting in the same way. Add the mint.
- Add rice soup broth to this mixture and obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the yoghurt and egg yolk. When it is completely smooth, pour it into the soup and stir.
- Add the tomato paste mixture to the soup little by little and mix.
- Then add the yoghurt dressing little by little and mix.
