- 150 grams of lamb leg (beef as desired)
- 6 glasses of water
- 1 onion (optional )
- 2 spoonful butter
- 2 teaspoons of salt (can be reduced or increased)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 cups cold water
How to Make Soup Recipe in Broth?
- Add the meat with bones, onions cut into 4 pieces and water into a deep pot.
- Put it on the stove and let it boil to create broth. It will be ready in about 30 minutes. When the broth is ready, put the onions added to give flavor on a plate or thin them with a blender.
