- 1 bunch of spinach (sorted and cleaned)
- 1 bowl of boiled chickpeas
- 1 bowl of boiled kidney beans
- 1 large carrot
- 1 onion _
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 glasses of water
- Juice of 1/3 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
How to Make Spinach Soup Recipe?
- Chop the onions into thin, small cubes.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes.
- Place the chopped onions and carrots in a medium-sized pot and fry them well. Add tomato paste at this stage.
- Then add the water. Boil the carrots and onions in this way until they soften slightly.
- Finely chop the spinach. Add it little by little into boiling water and mix well.
- When the spinach is cooked, add chickpeas and kidney beans, lemon juice, salt and spices and boil for a few more times.
- Remove from the stove and serve hot.
