- 2 tablespoons of olive oil (butter as desired)
- 6-7 medium sized tomatoes ( chopped)
- 2 teaspoons of pepper paste
- 1/2 cup barley noodles
- 6-7 cups hot chicken broth (normal water will also work)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
For service:
- 1 pinch of parsley (optional)
- 1 pinch grated cheese
How to Make Tomato Noodle Soup Recipe?
- Add the oil to the pot first, then the tomato paste. Roast until the smell of the tomato paste disappears.
- Add the tomatoes and mix.
- Add water and boil until it boils. Add barley noodles and continue boiling until they are cooked. Add salt and pepper. When the noodles are cooked, you can remove them from the stove.
- Serve with parsley and grated cheese. Enjoy your meal!
