  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 onion (chopped )
  • 1 grated tomato
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 carrot _
  • 1/2 cup wheat (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup green lentils (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup noodles or homemade cut dough
  • 1.5 liters of vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 teaspoon of mint

How to Make Village Soup Recipe?

  • Fry the onion with oil in a pot until it turns pink.
  • Then add sliced carrots and chopped celery stalks and continue roasting.
