Ingredients for Watery Noodles with Tomato Paste and Onion Recipe
  • 150 grams of noodles
  • 1 small size onion
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 50 grams of tulum cheese (2 tablespoons)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Watery Noodles Recipe with Tomato Paste and Onions?

  • Put the water and noodles in a deep pot. Boil your noodles over medium heat.
  • Add salt to the cooked noodles and remove from the stove. Make sure that the boiling water remains enough for the amount of soup. If it is missing, add water.
  • In a separate bowl, crumble Erzincan tulum cheese or mash it with a fork.
  • Chop the onion into small cubes and mix with the cheese.
  • Put olive oil and tomato paste in a sauce pan and stir fry the tomato paste.
  • Place the boiled noodles with their water on a plate. Add tomato paste sauce and cheese and onion mixture on top.
  • Your onion and tomato paste noodles are ready to be enjoyed. Serve hot.
