- 1 tea glass of rice
- 6 cups hot water
- 2 cups of yoghurt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 heaping tablespoon of flour
- 2 teaspoons dried mint
- 2 teaspoons of salt
For the above:
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
How to Make Yogurt Soup Recipe?
- To make yoghurt soup, add the washed rice to the pot, add hot water and cook for 10 minutes until the rice becomes soft.
- Mix egg yolk, yoghurt and flour in a bowl.
- Take a few ladles of boiling water along with the rice and add it to the egg mixture.
- Stir quickly to avoid curdling.
- Then slowly transfer the mixture in the bowl to the pot and stir constantly.
- Finally, add dried mint and salt and let it cook.
- Before serving, heat the butter, olive oil and dried mint in a sauce pan and pour over it. Enjoy your meal!
