  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 medium sized zucchinis
  • 1/4 bunch of spinach
  • 2.5 cups of vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Zucchini Winter Soup Recipe?

  • Peel the onion skins. Chop finely.
  • Peel and crush the garlic and chop it into small pieces.
  • Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and cut them into round shapes without peeling them.
  • Chop the spinach into large pieces.
  • Put the butter into the pot. When it starts to melt slightly, add olive oil, chopped onion and garlic.
