Ingredients for Cheeseburger Recipe

For Hamburger Bun:

  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3.5 cups of flour
  • 1 pack of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 150 grams of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the meatballs:

  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 egg _
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For the inner ingredients:

  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of tomato (sliced into rings)
  • 4 slices of onion (sliced into rings)
  • 4 leaves of lettuce (washed, dried)
  • 2-3 pickles (sliced )
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

How to Make Cheeseburger Recipe?

  • Add yeast and sugar into warm milk and warm water and mix. Add the flour and melted butter. Add the salt too.
  • Knead until it becomes a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. Let it ferment for at least 30 minutes.
  • Divide the fermented dough into 4 pieces, roll them and place them on the tray. Let the tray yeast sit for 5 minutes. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds. Then bake it in the oven set to 180 degrees, on the middle shelf, for half an hour.
  • For the meatballs, put the minced meat and eggs in a bowl.
  • Add breadcrumbs, vinegar, black pepper and salt.
  • Let the shaped meatballs rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Take the baked bread out of the oven. Let it rest until it absorbs and cools down a bit.
  • After heating the pan thoroughly, fry the meatballs and the bread you cut in half.
  • Turn the meatballs cooked on one side and place the cheese on them.
  • To assemble the cheeseburger, place the buns on a plate. Add lettuce, tomato, meatballs, onions and lastly the pickle. At this stage, you can spread any sauce you want on top and bottom of the bread.
  • After covering the bread, the cheeseburger is ready!
