Ingredients for Gurkensalat Recipe
  • 4 cucumbers _
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 tea glass of kefir
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
  • 1/2 purple onion
  • 1/4 bunch of dill
  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

How to Make Gurkensalat Recipe?

  • Chop the cucumbers into thin rings and put them in a strainer. Sprinkle salt and sugar on the cucumbers and mix. Leave the cucumbers in the strainer for 15 minutes.
  • Chop the onion and chop the dill finely.
  • In a different bowl, foam the cream with a whisk, then add the kefir little by little and mix it in.
