Tiramisu is one of the oldest desserts in history, with its rumors and stories about it. This magnificent dessert, starring cat's tongue biscuits, cocoa and coffee, has become one of everyone's favorites in recent years. This beauty, enjoyed by everyone, young and old, has been interpreted in different ways. The coffee has changed, it is made with biscuits. But no one has yet met him in his most spacious, lightest sweet form.
We wanted you to be one of them, so we brought you this tiramisu recipe led by lemon cream. Enjoy your meal!
- 12 cat tongue biscuits
- 1 cup of coffee (lukewarm)
- 1 glass of cream (200ml)
- 400 grams of labneh cheese
- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 pack of vanillin
- 2 lemon zests
- juice of 1/2 lemon
For the above:
- 4 tablespoons coconut
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
How to Make Lemon Tiramisu Recipe?
- Foam the cream in a large bowl with a whisk or mixer. Add powdered sugar little by little to the fluffy cream and continue whisking.
- Add labneh and vanilla to the fluffy cream and mix with a spatula without losing any air. Finally, add lemon peels and lemon juice and mix.
- For coffee, you can use filter coffee, Americano or granulated coffee. After preparing the coffee, wait for it to cool slightly.
- Dip the cat tongues, broken into two or three pieces, into the coffee and place them on the bottom of the glasses you will serve. Put a layer of labneh mixture on top.
- Again, dip a few pieces of cat tongue into the coffee, place it in a glass and cover it with cream. After doing this for all glasses, put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, blend the coconuts with cocoa, cover the tiramisu and serve cold. Enjoy your meal.
