- 2 sliced eggplants
- 1 clove of garlic (crushed)

- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1 pinch of ground red pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tea glass of olive oil

- 1 tomato _
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 1 pinch of roasted sesame
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
How to Make Mutebbel Recipe?
- Poke holes on the eggplants with a knife and roast them on the stove over high heat until they soften.
- Place the roasted eggplants in a bowl, cover them and let them rest for 5 minutes, then peel them.
- Chop the peeled eggplants with a knife and turn them into puree.
- Place the eggplants in a deep bowl and add all the remaining ingredients and mix. Continue mixing until the mixture becomes lumpy.
