Ingredients for Panna Cotta Recipe
  • 200 milliliters of cream
  • 200 milliliters of cold milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon powdered gelatin

For cherry sauce:

  • 1 glass of cherry
  • 1/2 tablespoon starch
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1.5 glasses of water

How to Make Panna Cotta Recipe?

  • Add 1/2 tea glass of water to the powdered gelatin and let it sit for 15 minutes. Add milk, cream, sugar and gelatin and stir until it boils.
  • Let's take it off the stove after it boils for a while. Let's wet the containers we will fill with water. Let's divide it into our containers. It will rest in the fridge for at least four hours.
  • Let's add all the ingredients for the cherry sauce and boil. When it boils for 5 minutes, our sauce is ready.
  • Let's go around the edges with a knife so that our dessert, which has rested for 4 hours, comes out easily. Let's turn it upside down and take it out of the container. We can add cherry sauce on top of the panna cotta and serve. Enjoy your meal.
