  • 5-6 tangerines _
  • 50 grams of sugar

For the Mortar:

  • 1 teaspoon of vanillin
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs _
  • 45 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanillin
  • 20 grams of flour
  • 50 ml. milk
  • 75 ml. liquid cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to Make Tangerine Clafoutis Recipe?

  • Mix tangerine and sugar and put it in the refrigerator to wait for half an hour.
  • Melt the butter on the stove and thicken slightly, being careful not to burn it. This way it will have a hazelnut aroma. Then let it cool.
  • Beat eggs and sugar thoroughly. Add flour, vanilla, salt, milk, cream and cooled butter.
  • Mix well until everything is completely mixed. Add the tangerine waiting in the fridge to the mixture along with its juice and sugar. Mix it one last time.
  • Grease the inside of a medium-sized baking dish with melted butter and sprinkle sugar on the bottom and edges.
  • Pour the mixture into the bowl and bake in a preheated 180 degree fan oven for 40-45 minutes.
  • Check the middle with a toothpick to see if it is cooked. If the toothpick comes out dry, it means it is cooked.
  • Tangerine Clafoutis is ready. After taking it out of the oven, let it rest for 5-10 minutes, sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve it while it is hot. Enjoy your meal!
