Ingredients for Tirokafteri Recipe
  • 1/2 capia pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pieces of cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of strained yoghurt
  • 1 clove of garlic

For the above:

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes

How to Make Tirokafteri Recipe?

  • Put pepper, capia pepper, salt, spices, olive oil, vinegar and garlic into the processor and pulse.
  • Put the cheese, strained yoghurt and the blended mixture in a bowl, mix and place in a serving bowl.
  • For the topping, add olive oil to the pan and sauté the cherry tomatoes. Place it on the appetizer. Enjoy your meal.
